Christopher Miles Struck and Killed by Vehicle on 35 Freeway in Waco

 
WACO, TX (May 10, 2023) – The Waco Police Department identified 30-year-old Christopher Miles as the victim in a pedestrian accident the 1600 block of 35 Freeway on May 7.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened in the northbound side of the freeway around 3:50 AM. Based on a report, the victim was on the road at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a semi-truck pulling a trailer struck him.
 
As a result, Miles suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
Crews closed the freeway for three hours while first responders cleared the scene. As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
