FEDERAL WAY, WA (February 16, 2024) – Federal Way Police confirmed that a child suffered serious injuries in a semi-truck accident on 5 Freeway on February 7.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at Highway 18. Based on a report, the semi-truck collided with three other cars. It was not clear which vehicle started the pile-up.
 
As a result, one child was seriously hurt in the incident. Emergency crews transported the victim to the hospital for treatment.
 
Police did not suspect alcohol or drugs as factors in the wreck.
