Suspected DUI Driver Chad Bynum Causes Car Crash in Tucson

 
TUCSON, AZ (October 13, 2023) – The Tucson Police Department arrested 49-year-old Chad Bynum following a DUI crash on North Country Club Road on October 7.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at and East Fort Lowell Road shortly before 9:00 PM. Based on a report, Bynum was driving a vehicle when he hit a bus bench.
 
As a result, two people sustained life-threatening injuries. Emergency crews transported the victims to the hospital for treatment.
 
Impairment played a major role in the collision. Officers arrested Bynum on suspicion of aggravated assault, felony criminal damage and DUI.
