EL PASO, TX (February 15, 2023) – The El Paso Police Department identified 42-year-old Cesar Rodriguez as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on 10 Freeway on February 10.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Transmountain Drive shortly before 9:00 PM. Based on a report, Rodriguez was trying to cross the street at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck him. Subsequently, the driver fled the scene, without giving aid to Rodriguez.
 
As a result, the victim died in the incident.
