Celeste Williams Dead in Single-Vehicle Crash on Industrial Way near 26th Avenue in Longview

 
LONGVIEW, WA (October 3, 2022) – Officials identified Celeste Williams as the victim who died in a rollover crash on Industrial Way on September 19.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near 26th Avenue around 8:30 AM.
 
Based on a report, the victim’s SUV rolled several times and landed upside down in the drainage slough along Industrial. However, the details that led to the accident were not yet available.
 
Longview fire, police and Cowlitz County sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene to free the trapped victim. However, 26-year-old Williams of Longview died at the scene.
 
Her passenger, 19-year-old Ryson Nicholson of Longview and a 5-year-old girl were taken to PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center with unknown injuries. Crews took a newborn to Oregon Health and Sciences University as a precautionary measure.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
