Francisco Saldivar Dies in Shafter Bicycle Accident on Cherry Avenue

 
SHAFTER, CA (October 3, 2022) – Police identified Francisco Saldivar as the victim who died in a bicycle accident on Cherry Avenue on September 12.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Santa Fe Way around 2:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, the bicyclist was struck by a car while traveling on the road. As of now, The Kern County Sheriff’s Office have not yet released the details that led to the crash.
 
As a result, 44-year-old Saldivar died at the scene due to the injuries he sustained in the crash.
