DESDEMONA, TX (April 11, 2024) – Police identified 31-year-old Catelyn Brooke Jordan of Stanton who died in a pedestrian accident on FM 2214 on April 3.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened at FM 8 around 12:01 AM. Based on a report, Jordan was lying in the eastbound lane and not visible to passing vehicles.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a truck hit her.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
The driver did not sustain injuries.
