Four Injured in 18-Wheeler Truck Crash on Aldine Bender Road in Houston

 
HOUSTON, TX (November 14, 2022) – Police confirmed that a car crashed into an 18-wheeler truck on Aldine Bender Road on November 10.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Henry Road around 10:00 PM. Based on a report, the 18-wheeler was pulling out of a business parking lot and was spanning the roadway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a red car traveling at a high speed slammed into the truck. The Houston Police Department said the car was crushed under the truck.
 
The Houston Fire Department responded and rescued four occupants from the car. As a result, two of the victims suffered serious injuries. Crews transported them to the hospital for treatment.
 
HPD is investigating the crash to determine if alcohol may have played a factor. However, no other details are available.
