Brisa De la Cruz Identified in Fatal ATV Accident at Red Sands in El Paso

 
EL PASO, TX (December 12, 2024) – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office identified 24-year-old Brisa De la Cruz who died in an ATV accident at Red Sands on December 6.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened on Ranchitos Del Este Road. Based on a report, De la Cruz was in an all-terrain vehicle when it crashed and overturned.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported her to the hospital, where she later died.
 
Authorities said another 20-year-old woman only suffered minor injuries and was released from the hospital. Three other men were released by medics at the scene.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
