Suspected DUI Driver Brad Olander Involved Single-Vehicle Crash in Whitman County

 
WHITMAN COUNTY, WA (August 12, 2024) – Authorities arrested 43-year-old Brad Olander of Lewiston following a DUI crash on Highway 195 on July 27.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened south of Rosalia around 3:00 AM. Based on a report, Olander was driving north on the highway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he drove through the curve of an off-ramp and went off the road into an embankment.
 
As a result, Olander and his two 30-year-old passengers suffered injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported them to the hospital for treatment.
 
WSP arrested Olander for vehicular assault and DUI.
