Anthony Carrasco Charged with DUI in Fatal Merced Accident
MERCED, CA (March 10, 2023) – Officers arrested 35-year-old Anthony Carrasco of Ceres following an accident that killed a big rig driver on Highway 99 on March 6.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 11:23 PM north of O Street. Based on a report, Carrasco was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe at a high rate of speed southbound on the highway prior to the crash.
