Arnold Perez Killed in Crash on Iris Avenue at Kitching Street [Moreno Valley, CA]

Arnold Perez Identified in Fatal Car Crash in Moreno Valley

 
MORENO VALLEY, CA (December 12, 2022) – The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department identified Arnold Perez of Coachella as the victim who died in a crash on Iris Avenue on December 9.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Kitching Street around 8:15 PM.
 
Based on a report, Perez was driving a Toyota Sequoia prior to the crash. As it moved through the intersection, it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
 
As a result, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department firefighters pronounced Perez dead at the scene.
 
His passenger suffered serious injuries and was taken to Riverside University Medical Center. The two occupants of the Silverado suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Police did not state whether alcohol or drugs might have been factors in the collision. As of now, the case remains under investigation.
