Armando Pineda Killed in Head-On Crash on Old Spanish Road [Robertson County, TX]

Armando Pineda Identified in Fatal Car Crash on OSR

 
ROBERTSON COUNTY, TX (March 29, 2023) – Officers identified 32-year-old Armando Pineda of College Station as the victim who died in a head-on crash on Old Spanish Road on March 26.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at FM 1940. Based on a report, Pineda was driving his pickup truck westbound on OSR at the time of the crash.
 
At the same time, there was another pickup traveling on the eastbound side. Due to unknown reasons, the eastbound pickup crossed the center line and struck his vehicle head on.
 
As a result, Pineda suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
The other driver was flown to a Bryan hospital in serious condition.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
