Alejandro Lopez Munoz Dies in Los Angeles Hit-and-Run

 
CANOGA PARK, CA (February 8, 2024) – Alejandro Lopez Munoz died following a hit-and-run on Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Vanowen Street early Wednesday morning, January 24.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash happened around 1:15 a.m. It involved a black Mercedes-Benz and a Toyota Camry driven by 26-year-old Munoz.

Initial investigation reported that both vehicles were traveling at a high rate of speed when the Toyota Camry collided with the Mercedes-Benz. The impact of the crash caused the former to veer off the road and crash into a pole.

Munoz died at the scene, police said.

The driver of the Mercedes-Benz left the area after hitting Munoz.
