Adrian Terrazas Identified in Fatal Crash on Campbell Avenue at Irvington Road in Tucson

 
TUCSON, AZ (November 17, 2023) – The Tucson Police Department identified 22-year-old Adrian Rene Lujan Terrazas who died in a head-on crash on Campbell Avenue on November 11.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at the intersection of Irvington Road. Based on a report, Terrazas was driving near the intersection when he crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on.
 
As a result, TPD officials said Terrazas suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
A woman in the other vehicle involved suffered life-threatening injuries while a child in Terrazas’ vehicle suffered minor injuries.
 
The TPD said Terrazas did not have a license.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
