Adrian Ham Detained after Pedestrian Accident in Vancouver

 
VANCOUVER, WA (January 10, 2023) – Police arrested 23-year-old Adrian Ham after a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on westbound Highway 500 on January 5.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near Northeast 112th Avenue shortly before 1:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, Ham was driving a 2007 Honda Accord at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash. As he turned onto the ramp, he lost control of the vehicle and it went into the ditch.
 
There, the vehicle hit a pedestrian who was walking on the right shoulder. WSP said Ham then fled the scene.
 
As a result, the pedestrian suffered unknown injuries in the incident. Paramedics transported the victim to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center for treatment.
 
Officers arrested and booked Ham into the Clark County Jail for felony hit-and-run and vehicular assault.
