Addison Palma Identified in Fatal Car Crash in Ector County
ECTOR COUNTY, TX (September 28, 2023) – Officials identified 20-year-old Addison Nichole Palma of Odessa who died in a car crash on Highway 385 on September 23.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened near Valencia Street. Based on a report, Palma was driving a 2020 Hyundai Tucson southbound on the highway prior to the crash.
At the same time, a 2022 Ram 1500 was traveling northbound. Due to unknown reasons, Palma failed to yield the right of way and turned left onto Valencia Street. This led to a collision between the Ram 1500 and Hyundai Tucson.
As a result, Palma suffered grave injuries in the incident. Crews transported her to Medical Center Hospital, where she died.
Crews also took two people to the hospital in stable and critical conditions.
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
