COLEMAN COUNTY, TX (August 23, 2023) – Officers identified 83-year-old Judith Harding of Santa Anna who died in a pedestrian accident on Highway 84 on August 5.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near CR 108 around 9:00 PM. Based on a report, Harding was walking in the center of the highway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle traveling north hit her.
 
As a result, Harding sustained grave injuries and died in the incident.
