SPRING VALLEY, NV (March 6, 2023) – The Clark County Coroner’s office identified 73-year-old Albert Sell as the victim who died in a crash on West Flamingo Road on February 26.

According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened at South Tenaya Way around 5:00 PM. Based on a report, 28-year-old Kyle Foster was driving a black 2019 Chevrolet Colorado westbound on Flamingo Road prior to the crash.

At the same time, a 64-year-old woman was driving a white 2013 Ford Taurus. As the woman made a left turn, Foster’s Chevrolet hit the right front of the Ford before it struck a stopped moped in a private driveway.
