6-Year-Old Willow Walker Seriously Injured in Round Rock DUI Accident

 
ROUND ROCK, TX (August 31, 2023) Round Rock Police confirmed that 6-year-old Willow Walker sustained critical injuries following a DUI accident on 35 Freeway on August 6.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Louis Henna Boulevard. Based on a report, Walker’s mother, Caitlin Carpenter, was driving on the freeway at the time of the crash.
 
At the same time, a truck was traveling on the road at a high-speed. Due to unknown reasons, the truck slammed into the victims’ car.
 
As a result, Walker suffered serious injuries in the incident. Crews transported her to Dell Children’s Hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
 
Officers said the driver of the truck was drunk.
 
Family and friends created a GoFundMe page for Walker.
