Car Slams into Barriers in Fatal Car Accident in Westminster

 
WESTMINSTER, CA (December 12, 2022) – Westminster Police confirmed that an 18-year-old woman died in a car accident on Westminster Boulevard on December 6.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Manon Avenue shortly after 9:30 PM. Based on a report, a car traveling on the road slammed into barriers in a construction zone.
 
Subsequently, the car had ended up perched over an open trench.
 
As a result, Orange County firefighter paramedics pronounced the passenger in the front seat dead at the scene. Officials did not yet release her name, pending next of kin notification.
 
The vehicle’s driver and two other occupants were transported to hospitals.
 
Police did not yet state if alcohol or drugs played a role in the cause of this collision. In addition, they ask anyone with information about the crash to call Sgt.
