Larry Popach Identified in Fatal Everett Crash on Gibson Road

 
EVERETT, WA (May 24, 2023) – The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office identified 18-year-old Larry Popach of Marysville who died in a motorcycle crash on Gibson Road on May 20.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at Admiralty Way at 8:40 PM. Based on a report, Popach was driving on the road at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he ran a red light at the intersection and collided with another vehicle. The sheriff’s office said they were following him as he was fleeing from troopers.
 
At this point, an investigation into the accident is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
