BELLINGHAM, WA (November 9, 2023) – Officials identified 18-year-old Kiya Winder as one of the five victims who were hurt in a crash on 5 Freeway on October 29.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at Northwest Avenue shortly before 1:00 AM. Based on a report, Winder was driving a pickup truck on the freeway at the time of the crash.
