EATONVILLE, WA (January 4, 2022) – Officials confirmed that one person died in a car accident on Highway 7 on December 24.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at 310th Street East around 11:55 AM. Based on a report, the victim stopped his car on the northbound shoulder of the highway as he made a U-turn into the southbound travel lane.
 
At that point, another vehicle came and hit his car.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries in the incident. Officials only identified him as a 42-year-old Eatonville man.
 
Washington State Department of Transportation officials also said that the crash closed all lanes of the highway, urging travelers to take alternate routes.
