Fatal Accident Kills Baby on Oak Shadows Drive near Goldspier Street in Houston

 
HOUSTON, TX (November 7, 2022) – Police confirmed the death of a one-year-old child in an accident in the 4300 block of Oak Shadows Drive on November 5.
 
According to the Texas Safety Department, the collision happened near Goldspier Street.
 
Based on a report, the baby had been behind a vehicle’s wheel prior to the crash. The driver of the vehicle, the boyfriend of the victim’s mother, was backing out of the driveway of their home when he accidentally ran over the baby girl.
 
As a result, the Houston Police Department said the victim died in the accident.
 
As of Saturday, HPD said they did not file any charges at this time. In addition, an investigation is still ongoing.
