LOS ANGELES, CA (November 7, 2022) — A male cyclist died following a hit-and-run on Hauser Boulevard and West Adams Boulevard intersection on Thursday night, November 3.

The fatal crash occurred in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles around 11:30 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Authorities said a man traveled on a bike along a marked crosswalk at the Hauser Boulevard and West Adams Boulevard intersection when a vehicle crashed into him.

The force of impact caused fatal injuries to the cyclist, possibly identified as a homeless Hispanic man in his 50s. The victim died at the scene.

However, the driver fled the scene. Officials have no description of the hit-and-run driver or the suspect vehicle involved in the collision.
