COLLEGE STATION, TX (October 16, 2023) — Officials arrested 20-year-old Kadence Gauge Elliott, of College Station, after a pedestrian accident on Thursday, October 12.
 
According to College Station police, Elliott drove through the intersection of George Bush Drive and Foster Avenue. Then he reportedly struck someone on an electric scooter while in the crosswalk.
 
Eyewitnesses said Elliott went out of the truck to help the pedestrian after the crash.
 
They said he picked up the man. After that, he dropped him in the same spot in the middle of the intersection and then drove away.
 
Police later identified Elliott as the driver of the vehicle. They contacted him and charged him with collision involving bodily injury.
 
They released Elliot on bond on Thursday.
