Aracelli Villa Killed in Wrong-Way Crash on State Loop 338 Aracelli Villa Identified in Fatal Crash on State Loop 338 in Ector County ECTOR COUNTY, TX (December 30, 2022) - Officials identified 47-year-old Aracelli Villa as the victim who died in a wrong-way crash on State Loop 338 on December 25. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened 1.5 miles south of Odessa around 7:05 PM. Based on a report, a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta was traveling northbound on Loop 338 at the time of the crash. For unknown reasons, it veered into the southbound lane and continued to travel on the wrong side of the road.
