PHOENIX, AZ (September 23, 2024) — A woman died and two children were hurt in a rollover accident on 10 Freeway on Monday, September 9.
 
According to the Phoenix Police, the rollover crash happened at about 10:00 a.m. on the eastbound 10 Freeway to southbound 17 Freeway transition ramp.
 
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said a woman died in the crash.
 
Meanwhile, paramedics brought two injured children to the hospital in critical condition,
 
Police have not released the name of the deceased woman nor the ages of the two injured children.
 
Authorities have closed the ramp for several hours following the accident. It has since been reopened.
 
The investigation of the accident is still underway.
