Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident on 4th Avenue in Seattle

 
SEATTLE, WA (March 20, 2023) – The Seattle Police Department confirmed that a woman died in a hit-and-run on 4th Avenue South on March 16.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at South Lander Street around 10:40 PM. Based on a report, officers were on patrol when they heard a crash.
 
At the intersection, they found the victim unconscious on the road. Officers said a vehicle had struck her.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, crews with the Seattle Fire Department declared the 40-year-old woman dead at the scene.
 
Police described the possible suspect vehicle as a white, 2015 to 2023 Dodge Charger with significant front-end damage.
