SCOTTSDALE, AZ (July 27, 2023) — A woman suffered fatal injuries after a four-vehicle crash on Loop 101 on Wednesday, July 26.
 
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said the accident happened on Loop 101 near Hayden Road at around 2:00 p.m.
 
Four vehicles, including a pickup truck, were part of the crash.
 
Officials said the pickup truck flipped over and slammed into a wall. However, it is unknown if that is the vehicle the woman drove.
 
The woman’s identity was not immediately available pending notification of loved ones.
 
There are no reports of other injuries in the accident. In addition, no other information is available at this time.
