TEMPE, AZ (February 11, 2025) — A woman died following an electric bicycle accident near 10th Street on Tuesday, February 4.
 
According to the Tempe Police Department, the crash happened around 1:30 p.m. near 10th Street and Maple Avenue.
 
Tempe Police said that the cyclist entered the roadway. Then an eastbound vehicle on 10th Street collided with her.
 
Emergency responders arrived at the scene. After that, they transported the woman to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
 
The driver remained at the scene. There were no reports of citations or charges.
