Woman Fatally Injured in Orosi Pedestrian-Vehicle Crash on Avenue 416 and Road 125

 
OROSI, CA (October 10, 2022) – Pedestrian died after an SUV struck her on Avenue 416 and Road 125 around 8:30 p.m. on September 29.

The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene of a vehicle-pedestrian crash near Road 125 and Avenue 416. According to reports, the victim attempted to cross the street when a white SUV struck her.

The woman was sent to Kaweah Health Medical Center in Visalia, but died shortly after.

The white SUV left the scene without waiting for police. Authorities are now locating the driver’s whereabouts.

According to the authorities, the suspect drove a white SUV that had obvious sustained damage on its front.

CHP is now asking for further information that will lead to the suspect or their vehicle. Witnesses may reach the Visalia Area CHP Public Information Officer at 559-734-6767.
