SAN ANTONIO, TX (April 30, 2024) — A woman died following a two-vehicle accident on Potranco Road on Sunday, April 21.
 
The San Antonio police said the crash occurred in the 9800 block of Potranco Road near Dugas Road at about 5:00 p.m.
 
According to the San Antonio police, a driver began turning into a parking lot in the area. However, he did not notice an oncoming vehicle as he started his turn.
 
The two vehicles crashed. After that, the impact pushed one of the cars onto the sidewalk and it ran over the woman walking on a West side sidewalk.
 
Responding officers pronounced her dead at the scene. They have not released her identity pending notification of loved ones.
 
Paramedics also brought one of the drivers to a hospital with minor injuries.
