SACRAMENTO, CA (August 9, 2022) — A two-year-old pedestrian sustained serious injuries after a car crash at Rio Linda Boulevard and Philippi Way on Tuesday afternoon, July 19.

The accident occurred at around 4:00 p.m., according to the Sacramento Police Department. They closed off the affected roadway for an hour for investigation and precautionary measures.
