SACRAMENTO, CA (October 4, 2022) – Police confirmed that two vehicles were involved in a deadly pedestrian accident on Watt Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the intersection of Edison Avenue around 11:30 PM on September 20.
 
Based on a report, the pedestrian was on the road at the time of the crash. Due to unknown circumstances, a first vehicle struck the victim. Subsequently, another car struck the pedestrian who was down on the road.
 
As a result, emergency crews responded and pronounced the victim dead. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office did not yet release the identity of the deceased, pending kin notification.
