TUCSON, AZ (February 17, 2023) – The Tucson Fire Department confirmed that two people died in a multi-vehicle crash on 10 Freeway on February 15.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near Craycroft Road. Based on a report, it involved three 18-wheeler trucks and a van.
 
As of now, investigators have not yet released the details that led to the fatal pile-up.
 
Officers confirmed two fatalities. However, they did not yet release the victims’ names at this time.
 
Officials transported two other people to a hospital in unknown conditions.
 
The crash closed all eastbound lanes were closed in the area.
