Fatal Motorcycle-Pedestrian Accident on Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (July 18, 2023) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that two people died in an accident on Spring Mountain Road on July 8.
 
According to the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol, the collision at Edmond Street around 11:45 PM. Based on a report, the first victim was driving a motorcycle west on Spring Mountain Road at high speeds prior to the crash.
 
As the motorcycle approached the intersection, it struck a pedestrian.
 
As a result, both the 29-year-old rider and the 50-year-old pedestrian died at the scene. Officials did not yet release their names, pending kin notification.
 
At this point, officers continue to investigate the case. In addition, no other details are available.
