Two Children Hurt after Phoenix DUI Accident on Caribbean Lane

 
PHOENIX, AZ (October 10, 2023) — Two children suffered injuries after a DUI crash on Caribbean Lane on Tuesday, September 5.
 
According to Phoenix police, officers responded to a house near Caribbean Lane and Coral Gables Drive just before 9:00 p.m.
 
When they arrived, they discovered that a vehicle had gone off the roadway. Then it crashed into the home.
 
Police detained the driver as she reportedly showed signs of impairment.
 
Paramedics transported the two younger children in the vehicle to the hospital. Reports said they both sustained minor injuries.
 
According to the police, no one inside the home was hurt.
 
Offices booked the woman on potential aggravated DUI charges. Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
