Thomas Greenan Identified in Fatal Crash on 705 Freeway in Tacoma

 
TACOMA, WA (November 17, 2023) – A coroner identified 24-year-old Thomas Greenan of Bellingham who died in a crash on 705 Freeway on October 29.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened in the northbound lanes of the freeway. Based on a report, Greenan was driving south in the northbound lanes when he collided head-on with another car.
 
As a result, Greenan and the driver of the other vehicle both sustained grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported them to St. Joseph Hospital, where they died. Officials did not yet release the name of the other driver.
 
The crash blocked the roadway for over six hours after the crash.
 
It is not celar whether drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident.
