MARICOPA, AZ (February 25, 2025) — A 45-year-old woman, Teresa I. Kaminski of Boise, Idaho, died in an accident on Thursday, February 20.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred on Highway 347 near Casa Blanca Road on Thursday evening.
 
DPS said a vehicle in the northbound lanes of the Highway 347 struck Kaminski. Authorities have not provided additional details about the circumstances leading to the crash.
 
Following the incident, officials closed the northbound lanes of Highway 347 for several hours while crews investigated and cleared the scene. The roadway reopened early Friday morning.
 
Authorities have not released information about the driver involved.
