Taylor Miller Identified in Fatal Accident in Tucson
TUCSON, AZ (February 1, 2023) – Tucson police identified 27-year-old Taylor Miller as the victim who died in an accident on Chantilly Drive on January 14.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at 5th Street around 5:00 PM.
Based on a report, Miller was a passenger in a 2011 Chevrolet Impala that was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection. Due to unknown reasons, her driver tried to turn left and was hit by a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox.
As a result, Miller died in the incident after sustaining grave injuries.
The Impala driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. Crews also transported the driver of the Equinox for precautionary reasons.
Failure to yield by the Impala’s driver is a contributing factor in the wreck. As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
