Suspected DUI Driver Summer Liston Involved in Friendswood Crash

 
FRIENDSWOOD, TX (January 10, 2024) – The Friendswood Police Department arrested 30-year-old Summer Rachel Liston following a crash on FM 528 on January 1.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 12:18 AM. Based on a report, Liston was driving a vehicle when she hit another car carrying three people.
 
As a result, the driver and two passengers of the car sustained injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported them to local hospitals for treatment.
 
Officers conducted a DWI investigation and subsequently charged Liston with Driving While Intoxicated.
