Shannon Marie Breer, Harold David Ray Die in Oceanside Pedestrian Accident

 
OCEANSIDE, CA (December 1, 2022) — Shannon Marie Breer and Harold David Ray died after being struck by a vehicle in a pedestrian accident on Thursday evening, November 24.

The fatal collision occurred near the 1800 block of Oceanside Boulevard at around 8:30 p.m., according to the Oceanside Police Department.

Authorities said 53-year-old Breer and 55-year-old Ray were in the roadway when a vehicle hit them both.

The two pedestrians were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash and the medical examiner determined that both died due to blunt force trauma.

Meanwhile, the driver involved stayed at the scene. Officials believe that the driver had not been impaired nor speeding during the incident.

No other information is available at this time. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
