Aiden Ellis and Shane Johnson Killed in Peoria Car Crash

 
PEORIA, AZ (April 29, 2024) — Shane Johnson and Aiden Ellis died after their car slammed into a home on Sunday, April 14.
 
According to the Peoria police, the incident took place on Vistancia Boulevard and Lone Mountain Parkway just after midnight.
 
During an initial investigation, Peoria police determined the driver of a 2018 black Infiniti Q60 traveled westbound on Garambullo Drive. Then it continued through 126th Avenue.
 
After failing to stop at a posted stop sign and driving through the intersection, the Infiniti slammed into a block wall at the residence.
 
Peoria PD said there were six occupants inside the vehicle. Five of them sustained serious injuries and paramedics brought all injured to a hospital.
 
One of the occupants died at the scene. Authorities identified him as 20-year-old Shane Johnson of Tempe.
 
A second occupant later died at the hospital. They released his identity as 19-year-old Aiden Ellis of Peoria.
 
The other four occupants are still in the hospital. Two of them suffered life-threatening injuries.
 
Nobody inside the home was hurt.
 
Detectives continue to investigate the accident.
