LAS VEGAS, NV (September 3, 2024) – Authorities identified 35-year-old Shaheed Shamshadine Robinson who died in a pedestrian accident on Las Vegas Boulevard on August 8.
 
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Based on a report, Robinson was walking on the road near Mile Marker 10.
 
Troopers noted that her 2016 Volkswagen Jetta sedan was just north of the crash on the southbound right shoulder, with its hazard lights on and missing a right-front tire. The transmission was also still in drive.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a white 2012 Ford F-150 pickup traveling south on Las Vegas Boulevard struck her.
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and later died at the scene.
 
The pickup’s driver remained at the crash and cooperated with investigators.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
