Sarah Farmer-Herrera Killed after Motorcycle Crash on Gary Road and Silver Streak Way

 
SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ (December 7, 2023) — One person identified as 37-year-old Sarah Farmer-Herrera died in a crash on Saturday, November 4.
 
According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, the accident took place on Gary Road at about 11:00 p.m.
 
PCSO believes a pickup truck tried to turn from Gary Road to Silver Streak Way. The vehicle crossed in front of the motorcycle driven by Farmer-Herrera, which moved south on Gary Road.
 
When responding officers arrived, they pronounced Farmer-Hererra died at the scene.
 
Authorities arrested the driver of the truck and they issued a warrant for a blood draw. After that, they released the driver pending the blood test results.
 
The identity of the truck driver was not released.
 
The Pinal County Regional Vehicular Crimes Task Force handles the ongoing investigation.
