Rocky Disney and Bobby Raiford Charged in DUI Crash in Spokane Valley, Keenen Keller Injured

SPOKANE VALLEY, WA (November 18, 2022) – Police identified 40-year-old Rocky Disney of Tekoa as the driver who caused a multi-vehicle crash on Trent Avenue on November 11.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash happened at Argonne Road shortly after 1:30 PM. Based on a report, Disney was driving a 1995 Ford Mustang on the wrong way prior to the incident.

Due to unknown reasons, he ran a red light at Trent and struck a 2002 Kia Rio. Both vehicles rotated, causing the Mustang to strike a 2000 Buick Park Avenue, which then hit a 2009 Kia Sportage.

As a result, Disney and his passenger, 28-year-old Tekoa resident Keenen Keller were hurt in the crash. Crews took them and the driver of the Buick, 49-year-old Spokane resident Bobby Raiford to the hospital with injuries.

Police charged Disney as well as Raiford with suspicion of DUI. As of now, the investigation into the case remains ongoing.
