Robert Barratta Injured after Bicycle Overturns in Las Vegas

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 19, 2023) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department identified 35-year-old Robert Barratta who suffered critical injuries in a bicycle accident on Russell Road on May 16.
 
According to the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol, the collision happened just east of Hollywood Boulevard around 10:42 PM. Based on a report, the victim was riding his aftermarket motorized bicycle in the left-most travel lane of the road prior to the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he veered into the center turn lane, where the bicycle overturned. Then, the vehicle ejected him onto the roadway.
 
As a result, emergency crews transported Barratta to Sunrise Hospital with critical injuries.
