MIDLAND, TX (January 14, 2025) — A 57-year-old Odessa man, Richard Allen Howell, died in a multi-vehicle accident on Thursday, January 9.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at around 6:35 a.m. on Highway 349 and Highway 158.
